Commissioner letters about Poland’s RRP

In Spring 2022, three EU commisioners wrote letters to European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen to express their doubts about approving the Polish Recovery and Resilience Plan. I filed an access to documents request to have them made public. I had to appeal and file a complaint to the European Ombudsman because the Commission failed to reply within the legal time limit, but finally I did receive the documents.
